All our garments are designed to be dual size as our bodies naturally fluctuate between shape and size from day to day and month to month. Depending on how loose or tailored you want the garment there is flexibility in the sizing. Generally take the SCD size which has your UK dress size in it first. For example our XS fits a UK size 8 perfectly. For a UK size 10 we would advise taking the small as true to size and medium would be slightly oversized or looser fitting.
