However, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days from when the goods were received.
Please note for the Christmas period we offer extended returns and exchanges.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, the garments must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments.
We advise sending goods back via a tracked service, as Sophie Cameron Davies is not liable for goods lost in transit.
We do not pay for return postage.
Subject to stock availability, we will endeavour to process your exchange, and dispatch a replacement, within 7 working days.
Items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt to guarantee a refund.
We aim to process refunds within 7-10 working days.
Refunds can only be made via the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to show on your account depending on your banking provider.
Your refund will exclude delivery charges. Please also be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments.
